COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

The Victor Diamond Project in the James Bay Lowlands region of Ontario is undergoing a Comprehensive Study level of investigation for an environmental assessment under the Federal Canadian Environmental Assessment Act. Information for this has been submitted to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency in the form of a "Comprehensive Study Environmental Assessment". This Comprehensive Study Environmental Assessment is also supported by supplementary documentation in the form of Technical Reports, as well as an addendum re-evaluation of site access and power supply alternatives.

Note: Text boxes with a reference number were used in the Comprehensive Study Environmental Assessment document where Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) data was initially withdrawn at the request of the Attawapiskat First Nation pending their further review. This information has been released for public review, and is included on this website as a separate file available for download.
