The Victor Project is wholly owned by De Beers Canada and is situated in Northern Ontario in the James Bay Lowlands. It will be an open-pit mine and will be Canada's first diamond mine outside of the NWT. The Victor Project is currently under construction and is on target to begin operations in the first quarter of 2008.
