Ingrid Hann

Ingrid Hann joined De Beers Canada in August 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. She brings with her extensive experience in many facets of HR including, talent acquisition, talent and performance management, succession planning, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, health and safety, disability management, corporate governance, employee coaching and counselling,

and labour relations.

Prior to joining De Beers, Ingrid spent five years with Sodexho Management Services where she was responsible for the HR function across Canada. An accomplished senior executive, Ingrid’s interests, expertise and management contribution focused on the areas of Human Resources and Administration and in delivering organization and community services excellence. Her proven track record spans various industries including mining, aviation, energy and manufacturing.

Ingrid served as a member of the Board of Governors of Sheridan College, Oakville, from 1992 to 1997.

With a BA in Human Relations and Counselling Studies from the University of Waterloo, Ingrid has also been awarded her CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
